Ambassador Terms
Version 2026-10-15. By joining the 224 Brand Ambassador program you agree to these terms. “224”, “we” and “us” mean the 224ever store.
1. The program
You get a personal discount code. Customers who use it get 15% off their order, and you earn commission on qualifying orders. There is no fee to join. You are an independent promoter, not an employee, agent or partner of 224.
2. Joining and your account
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. One account per person. Give us accurate information, including a PayPal email that is yours. You are responsible for what happens on your account. We may decline anyone.
3. Your code
Your code belongs to 224 and is only for the program. Codes are made from your name and can only be changed by us. A code is never reused for another account, even if we change or retire it. Do not post your code on coupon, deal or cashback sites, and do not run search ads on 224 or ambassador-code terms.
4. Commission
You earn 10% of the order subtotal after discounts, before shipping and tax, on orders placed by other customers with your code. Orders that are cancelled, refunded or returned don't count, and if part of an order is refunded you earn on what remains. You do not earn on your own purchases, or on orders placed for you or by someone acting for you. Your account activates after your own first purchase, unless we invited you directly.
5. Waiting period and payment
Commission from each order is held for 14 days after the order, to cover returns. After that it's ready to pay out. We pay by PayPal once you have at least $25.00 ready; smaller amounts roll over. Payments are in Canadian dollars. We may delay payment while we check an order. You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn, and for any PayPal fees on your side.
6. Free 224 packages
For every $100.00 of commission you earn that has cleared the waiting period, you unlock one free 224 package. It repeats every $100.00. A package has no cash value, can't be exchanged or transferred, and we choose the items. We'll contact you to arrange delivery.
7. How you promote
Be honest. Tell your audience you are paid or rewarded for promoting 224 (for example with #ad or #224ambassador), as the law and platform rules require where you live. Don't make false or misleading claims about 224 or its products. No spam, no unwanted messages, no impersonating 224 or other people, and nothing illegal or hateful.
8. Fraud, suspension and ending
Self-referral, fake or manipulated orders, using other people's accounts, or breaking these terms may lead to a suspended account, a switched-off code, and commission and packages being withdrawn or not paid. We can suspend or end your account at any time. You can leave at any time by telling us. Commission already cleared and not caught up in a problem will still be paid.
9. Changes
We may update the program and these terms. If we change them, we'll show you the new version and ask you to agree again. If we change commission, it applies to orders placed after the change.
10. Liability
The program is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, 224 isn't liable for lost earnings or indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the commission you've earned and not yet been paid.
