Questions
How is my commission calculated?
10% of the order subtotal after the discount, before shipping and tax.
What if an order is cancelled or refunded?
It doesn't count. If only part of an order is refunded, you earn on what remains.
Do I earn on my own orders?
No. Your own purchases never earn commission, but your first one activates your account.
When do I get paid?
Each order's commission is held for 14 days, in case the order is returned. After that it's ready to pay out. Once you have $25.00 ready we send it by PayPal. Anything below that rolls over until it does.
Why is there a 14-day wait?
So we never pay commission on an order that gets returned or refunded. You can see exactly when each order clears on the “Who used your code” tab.
How do I get a free 224 package?
Every time your commission that has cleared the 14-day wait reaches another $100.00 ($100.00, $200.00, $300.00 and so on) you unlock a free 224 package. It counts whether or not it has been paid out yet. Cancelled or refunded orders don't count, and we'll contact you to send it.
Can I change my code?
Codes can only be changed by us. Message us if you'd like a different one and we'll switch it for you. Your earnings and past orders stay with you, and your old code stops working.
How often do the numbers update?
Within seconds of an order being placed. If something looks off, refresh the page.
